When InstallSheild comes up, the installer's title has malformed characters
after the "Java(TM) 2 SDK, Standard Edition, v1.3.0_01" string.
The component list and its description in the component selection dialog and
the setup completion dialog have malformed characters also. So user cannnot
understand what installer says/asks.

Regarding the title problem, JRE installer has the same situation.

I confirmed these problem using the following bundles.
