Steps to Reproduce

 1.) On a Solaris 2.6 Machine, Install the plugin for ladybird on
        /net/sqesvr/deployment3/ladybird/

2.) Set the NPX_PLUGIN_PATH
     eg: setenv NPX_PLUGIN_PATH /home/srinim/<j2re>/plugin/sparc/ns4

3.) Restart the netscape browser twice

4.) go to the below link and execute the testcases
      http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/demos/applets.html
5.) Execute any sound enabled demos eg : Animator example1.html

Result : demos are being displayed fine but sound is broken

Note : On a windows machine the volume of the sound is very low, inspite of the keeping the volume tab on the max
