java -version
Name: yyT116575 Date: 12/12/2000
java version "1.3.0"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.0-C)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.0-C, mixed mode)
I try and run your install program program
hotspot-2_0-win.exe
and after i get past the first couple of pages where I click on licensing
agreements etc I get an error that the program is
"unable to locate an acceptable version of the JDK"
(On the screen before, I clicked on the JDL option instead of the Runtime
option.)
Clearly, as you can see from the output above when I ran java -version, I DO
have the 1.3 JDK installed on my system.
One thiing: I installed jdk 1.3 on my E: drive partition, not the usual C: one.
Would that confuse your program?
