windows jdk 1.2.2_007 uses 2_007 as MicroVersion which confuses hotspot 2.0

    Description

      on windows, jdk 1.2.2_007 puts a MicroVersion of 2_007 in the registry.
      hotspot 2.0 will then not install.

      1.2.2_006 used to put 2 in as the MicroVersion and put the 006 in as
      an UpdateVersion. hotspot 2.0 is happy with this.
