Tested with jdk1.3.1 b12 on WindowsME japanese.
Rotated text does not render in correct direction.
Please see attached "Rotato.gif" which is screen shot on WindowsME for this problem.
This problem is seen only on WindowsME japanese.
On other Windows machine like NT, 95, 98 and 2000 does not occur.
To reproduce,
1. Compile attached program and run
% java TextRotationG2D
You can see rotated text does not render in correct direction.
This problem is not seen with Merlin_b44 on WindowsME.
