Steps to reproduce:
1) Run FileChooser Demo on Win98
2) Select Windows or Metal L&F
3) Click the Show FileChooser button
4) In the FileChooser dialog, by default the focus is on the button which approves the operation (Open/Save). When File chooser dialog is opened for the first time, if by default 'Files of type' shows All Files(*.*) then the 'File Name' text box doesn't show '*.*' by default.
Expected Result:
As in native Windows FileChooser, when the JFileChooser is opened the focus should be in the 'File name' text box and if Files of type is 'All Files(*.*)' by default then File name should be '*.*'.
