RSA feature is broken on Merlin build 48 on all the supported platforms
Browser(IE and Netscape) is hanging when the RSA signed applets are loaded .

To reproduce the problem:

1.Install Java Plug-in NMErlin build48
2.Run the RSA signed applets test cases from the fiollowing
  location
