Revise java, javac, javadoc and add new pages orbd, servertool, idlj for Merlin

Here are the man pages changes for Merlin (Java 2 SDK verison 1.4.0).
The changes consist of three revised man page (java, javac, and
javadoc) and three new man pages (for orbd, servertool, and idlj).
Details are appended.

To make Beta, we would need these ready by about March 14. That's
only a little more than two weeks from now. . . .

Here are the changes:

For java, javac, and javadoc, the revisions are indicated in
the attached man pages. I have indicated the revisions by
inserting comments of the form [***** My comment *****]. My comments
often refer to the HTML "man pages" where you can get the new
text. The HTML man pages are at

You should see java.html, javac.html, and javadoc.html files there.
  
In some cases, there is new text that I'm not sure you have picked
up in the past already or not. It's possible the attached files
point out "changes" that you already have picked up.

We also need three new man pages for the following tools. The man
page content can be taken from the HTML files indicated.
