Win95 fails to load the file jvm.dll located under jdk1.4/jre/bin/hotspot
All java related operations fail.

To reproduce this bug:
1- Install JDK1.4.0-B58 under Win95
2- on the command prompt do: which java
3- Verify that you get the right info i.e d:\jdk1.4\bin\java.exe
4- On the prompt type: "java" or "java -version" or "javac"
5- Verify the following error: "Error loading D:\jdk1.4\jre\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll"
