JDK: JDK1.4.0-B59 (Merlin Beta)
Java fails under Windows 95 and the following error is displayed on the
MS-DOS Prompt:
Error loading: C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.4\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll

To reproduce bug:
1- Download and install JDK1.4.0-B59(For the windows platform)
2- Make sure the path is set correctly to point ..jdk/bin
3- Execute java under Windows 95
3- Verify the following error is displayed:
    Error loading: C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.4\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll
4- Repeat step 3 under Win2000
5- Verify that java executes as expected
