wrong encoded strings in the installer dialog box

      jaws-1.0.1 b14 and Windows98(ja)

      The installer GUI dialog box shows 2 buttons on the bottom right after running the bundle. The button labels are not correctly encoded and show broken strings.

      I clicked the button for the next. All following strings have the same problem, some gabage strings. Only title of the frame shows the correct strings.
