Some localized strings always appear in English in win32 installer. See evaluation.
Also in Euro locales on Windows . Also the buttons in the Installshield pragram are not localised - "Browse, Cancel, Stop and Retry"

All problems fixed except for "You must accept the following license before installing."
"Setup has determined the optimal location to install. If you would like to change the directory, do so now."
etc....
which occurs only in Win2000 es but NOT in win 98 fr or IT.
