Japanese shortcut keys are not labeled on Applicatoin Manager

      The mnemonic keys function but it's not labeled on each object.
      The localized text of each object should have a mnemonic as below.

      Alt + F -> "xxxx (F)"
      Alt + A -> "xxxxxxxx (A)"
      Alt + V -> "xx (V)"
      Alt + H -> "xxx (H)"

      Japanese resource file should be fixed.
