Problem :
The base tag on ControlPanel for Merlin on Sol2.6 x86 has UnL10n'ed strings under the Java Console: title.
Show console
Hide console
Do not start console
This occurs in all locale -It, De, Es, Fr and Sv.
It is also seen on SPARC 2.6 and RedHat Linux 6.2
It does not oocur in the previous build.

Verified fixed in beta refresh-build
BUT there are new unl10n'ed elements in Control Panel - so I'll leave
this bug open and them to it later.
