Java Plug-in Control Panel GUI has been changed, but the localization resources
have not been reviewed regarding the changes. At the "Basic" setting preference,
new strings which need to be translated were added for the Java Console setting.

    Java Console:
         o Show console
         o Hide console
         o Do not start console

All these strings should be translated into Japanese by Beta release.

This is reproducible with b62.
