Bug Description:
The installation of the JRE fails on German Windows 2000,
[and probably on other Windows editions.]
It complains with the following error message:
"Setup is unable to find _SETUP.DLL which is needed to complete the
installation. Error 103"

Unlike the SDK install directories under "disk1/setupdir", some RE install
directories under "disk1/jre/setupdir" lack the required _setup.dll file.

As a workaround, one can extract all files from the installer and correct
file "disk1/jre/setup.lid" by hand.
