Tested environment: ko.UTF-8 / sun4u/ os s81_b38

Input Engine status are not changed when user clicks ctrl+space on awt_textfield. But, user still can be able to input korean or english strings

how to reproduce :

1) run awttest.class
2) enter some english word on awt.TextField
3) click ctrl+space for changing Input engine(korean)
4) then you still see English input status instead of Korean, but user still can input korean characters on the textfield.
