"Merlin-beta2; cancel" button untrans in AWT

    Description

      The "Open" and "Save" screens have the "Cancel " button untranslated. THis is not the case in the equivalent for Swing where 'Cancel' is translated.

      Probably caused a bad link for the file properties for the locale in /jdk../jre/lib.
