Operating System - Win98 / WinME
This bug seems to be because of 4515635
- Netscape 6 should be installed on the machine
- Install JRE build 83 on Win98
- Error message of "unable to install plugin in Netscape 6" will come for which bug 4515635 exists , Ignore this and proceed to install further
- Go to Control Panel and click Plugin Control panel
Click Tab Browsers , Check Netscape 6 and Click Apply
- Error message comes You don't have sufficient permissions to change settings in Netscape 6 "

Basically error message is misleading , Plugin is not installed on the machine and there are no corresponding dlls for plugin being copied to Netscape 6.0 plugins directory
