Problem:

Hotspot has provided a default crash handler for generate useful information during crash. However, the info is generated as a log file on the desktop, and end users may not realize what it is and send us back useful information.

Solution:

We should provide a visual crash handler to capture the Hotspot log file into a message dialog in our deployment products, and provide capability to send back the feedback to Sun through an email button.
