The HTMLConverter application is not resizable. On my Windows system, it's
frame stretches from the top to the very bottom of the screen. The
"Convert" button is obscured by the Windows taskbar. To get the thing to
run, user's have to know that their taskbar settings can be changed so that
the taskbar is not always on top.

Problem identified in Merlin build 84.
