Htmlconvrter, when try to move from one location to another suddenly resizing to bigger size and browse and convert buttons are disappearing. This behavior is only on linux platform for all versions of 1.3.1 JDK including fcs.

How to reproduce:

Install 1.3.1_03 jdk on a linux machine and run the following command.

${JAVA_HOME}/bin/java -jar ${JAVA_HOME}/lib/htmlconverter.jar -gui

Htmlconverter will pop up, then try to move this window to another location. Immediately you will see this behavior.
