truncations in zh_TW/zh InstallShield Wizard message "installing"

      While installing b91 j2re-1_4_0-rc-win-i.exe on T.Chinese Windows 2000 Pro, in InstallShield Wizard, the last word of the label "installing" in InstallShield is missing. Please see attached image.

      I suspect these are coming from InstallShield since I have not been able to find this string in our workspace yet.
