1) The alphabets aren't localized for most languages. I'm not sure what they're
intended for, but if they're meant to reflect the normal usage in the different
languages, then _es, _fr, and _it probably should have fewer characters and _sv
a few more.

2) Is there any documentation for the numbering section? Otherwise I can't tell
whether the modifications for _ko_KR are correct.
