Steps to reproduce -

1) Install JRE1.3.1_03

2) Install JRE1.4.0

3) Try to uninstall JRE1.4.0 using add/remove program

4) The following error message comes up during the uninstall.

Error Number 0x80040703
Desciption: Failed to find dll function: ActPanel.MakeJava2Netscape6Default

Setup will now terminate

5) However, the JRE gets uninstalled.

This error occurs with/without Netscape 6 browser installed. Tried with NS6.2.1
