reproduce:
1) run "./run_gs.sh test/font-render/2d/two/FontEffectTest2.java"
2) When input char code as "4e00"(S-Chinese chars) or put S-Chinese into "String", the S-Chinese chars displayed overwritten.
3) No this problem in English chars.
4) on Solairs 9 zh_CN.GB18030, no the problem.
