Test tools: GlobalSuite b07 which located
/sekai.sfbay/projects/SPPG/Java_Software/jdk1.4.1/tools/gs13-b07.tar.

Reproduce:
1) untar the testing tools to get GlobalSuite directory and get into the directory.
2) run "./run_gs.sh test/font-render/2d/one/TextLayoutRenderTest1.java" and pop up a window.
3) no any chars appearred except "Pass" button.
4) Same problem for all TestLayoutRenderTest?.java where ? is from 2 to 10.
