      Description

        Starting from win2k, window localized messages are determined by the UI language no matter what user locale is set. This is different from NT. For normal win2k user, they may expect JRE GUI message would be displayed based on
        UI language they set in window control panel.

        How do you think separating user locale and user interface locale in JRE?
