the Timezone class contains the daylight savings rules.
customer would like these rules to be picked up from the
underlying OS's config files.
customer's request:
>In some countries the dates for this
>time changes,
>change for one year to the other. The sysadmin have to update the "zoneinfo"
>source files accordingly,
>in order for the O.S. to make the switch properly.
>It would be great if java would pick it up automatically from the O.S.
