Open Java Console window by go to Tools | Web Development in Netscape browser,
there are two strings are in English (see a followed screen shot).
Similar problem on Traditional Windows 2000, but different string:
item p: "Proxy" is in English, but all others are in Chinese.
Note: on Japanese windows doesn't has the same problem.
On Solaris, this bug also happen.
