A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Installation of JSDK1.4.1 hangs on "Setting up Java 2
Runtime Environment" note. I tried to uninstall every
previous versions of jdks but it didn't help, I think that
ServicePack 3 I recently installed is causing this, but I'm
      not sure.

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 1.4

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1.update Windows 2000 with all available updates and
service packs, (the machine is P3 500? 392MB)
2.download SDK version forWindows (all languages, including
      English) (file name "j2sdk-1_4_1-rc-windows-i586.exe")
3.lounch and start the installation, check all all
      components or just the runtime.

Installation hangs on setting up runrime environment

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
I want to install new version of jsdk, ie 1.4.1 but
installation didn't ever end up normally

ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
"End program - IKernel.exe" ; "this program is not responding"
appeared when after ca 30 min of waiting i tried to kill 2 related processes I
      found in my task manager
      and then
j2re : An error occured while lounching the setup, the remote procedure call
      failed

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

      CUSTOMER WORKAROUND :
finally I found that the directory is created, and that
java and javac works, so I guess that wasn't a big problem
