Downgrade Test *This is NOT A REGRESSION*

Install Downgrade JRE-English on JDK under test

Tested on Win 2000 Pro / Win XP Pro

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 1.4.0_03 (b3) JDK to default location.
2. Install 1.3.1_04 JRE to default location.


Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel

Choose the 131 Java Plugin

On the Advanced Tab ->
Keep JRE to the default java plugin, close any existing browser windows and bring up a new window.
Go to http://sqesvr.sfbay.sun.com/deployment1/ws/tests/autotests/mimetypes/testcases/Test_13.html for example.
The applet displays as expected using 131 plugin in control panel with Java Console Shown.
i.e. it seems to co-exist with 140

but, when JRE is changed to point to the 140 JRE (on the Advanced Tab of 131 in Control Panel, again), an applet will NOT be displayed.
An Error is produced:

"Java Plugin 1.4 Fatal Error"

The Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded from
<C:\PROGRA~1\Java\J2RE14~1.0_0\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll>

========

To me this is not expected behaviour.
