Tetsed builds - mantis b03 and b04

Steps to reproduce -

1) install j2re on the target machine

2) Invoke the Plugin Control Panel.

3) Click on the Update tab, and click on the button "Get Java Update"

4) A message box comes up with the title - "Error - Update"

5) The error message says -

Unable to launch Browser

To obtain the latest Java(TM) update, please go to
http://java.sun.com/getjava/javaupdate
******************************************************************

This was not the behavior with Hopper. With Hopper, when "Get Java Update" button was clicked, browser would come up and the message conveying that the most latest java is already installed in the system used to come up.
