Test Case: Clean Install of mantis SDK
Re Produced in: Win 2000 Pro, Win XP - Home, Win XP-Prof with IE6
Description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install mantis b04 SDK/JRE bundle. During install, unselect option to register with Internet Explorer. (do not register with IE)
2. make sure that installation was successful.
3. Go to windows control panel and invoke the Java plugin control panel.
Go to browser tab. Try to register with IE. it will throw an error message saying
"Unable to change browser settings
Please check if you have sufficient permissions to change system settings"
4. The same problem is encountered when IE is registered during installation and attempt is made to unregister IE through the plugin control panel.
5. This problem is not found when registering/unregistering Netscape 6
