Test Build : j2re-1_4_2-beta-bin-b15-windows-i586-24_jan_2003.exe
Test Enviroment : Win2000/XP Pro , korean locale

Jre failed to install on Korean Windows platform. "Windows Installer Package problem" error message displays during jre.exe installation.

After installtion, it created j2re1.4.2 directory under Program Files/java. But, there was no files or directories under j2re1.4.2 directory.

zh_TW and zh locales don't have this problem.
