Steps:
* make sure the machine has both NS 6.2x and NS 7
* install 1.4.2 j2re full bundle
* start NS 6.21, from Help -> about:plugins, you won't see NPJPI142.dll is part
of the plugins list
* start NS 7.01, from Help -> about:plugins, you'll see NPJPI142.dll there
This problem is reproducible with 1.4.2 b18.
My machine has both NS 6.2.1 and NS 7.0.1.
