        Bundle: j2sdk-1_4_2-beta-bin-b16-windows-i586-06_feb_2003.exe

        1. Bring ControlPanel
        2. Press Update tab
        3. Click Update Now button
        The attached dialog comes up.

        This bug was filed by base team (bugid 4814782). It will be fixed in Mantis-beta or later version, and then L10n will verify the message.
