Inappropriate translation for Simplified Chinese on windows platforms

      Test Procedure:
      1. Program Files -> Settings -> Control Panel
      2. Double click on "Java Plug-in" icon
      3. Click on "Update" tab
      4. Click on "Advanced..." button
      5. Under Frequency
      a. Click on "Daily" radio button, you will see
      ex: Perform scan every day at 7:00 PM (refer to the attachment zh_translation.gif for detail)

      The same problem exists when we click on "Weekly" or "Monthly" in step 5 Under Frequency.
