Trying to update from 1.4.2_01 to 1.4.2_02, Java Update does not work on windows 2003.

Launching Plug-in Control Panel and go to "Update" tag.
I clicked the "Update Now" button.
Then, Java Update icon appeared in the system tray and a balloon tip with
"New Updates are ready to download" appeared above the Java Update icon.
And I clicked on the icon, "Ready to Download" dialog came up and I clicked "Download" button.
Waiting for a while, Java Update icon disappered suddenly from system tray and
1.4.2_02 was not downloaded.

I saw the prblem on windows 2003 (32) only.
This problem does not occur on winXP(Prof/Home), win2k.

 
Steps to repro:

1. Install 1.4.2_01 (b02) on windows 2003 (32)
2. Launch Plug-in Control Panel -> "Update"
3. Click "Update Now"
4. Java Update icon appeared in the system tray.
5. Then, a balloon tip with "New Updates are ready to download" appeared.
6. Click on the Java Update icon.
7. "Ready to Download" dialog comes up.
8. Click "Download" button.

Then, waiting for a while, you can see the problem that Java update icon disappered suddenly from system tray and 1.4.2_02 is not downloaded.

** NOTE **
- This problem might be caused by 1.4.2_02, not 1.4.2_01.
  However, I found the problem in 1.4.2_01 testing, so I put 1.4.2_01 on "release".

- I don't know whether this problem is a regression, because 1.4.2 did not have Java upate.
