On SPI Test 408, "WuBi IM" work on Peered AWT components. actually this behavior
is not expected.
This bug is seen on RHAS2.1 64bit, and this bug started from Tiger b16.

Test instruction for this test is as follows.
        1. Make the peered textcomponent (lower-right corner) focused.
        2. Select WuBi IM and input "aabbccdd" (4 Chinese characters)
        3. If "WuBi IM" doesn't work, this is not a bug.
           (The communication between Java IM and Peered AWT components is
           not guaranted.)
        4. Select the host IM
        5. Press Ctrl+space, and input "nihon"(2 Kanji)
        6. In input is successfull, the test is "pass"

As test instruction step at 2, 3. "WuBi IM" doesn't work is the expected behavior.


Reproduce to;
Perform SPI 408 with Tiger b16 on RHAS2.1 64bit.
