Select Input Method menu doesn't appear with XAWT Text component on
Solaris. Tested Tiger version is b20. Tested Solaris is 9 on Sparc.

Reproduce to,
Extract this IMF SPI test tool into any test temp directory.
/java/j2se-sqe/i18n/workspaces/i18n_tiger_ws/i18n/bundles/imf.tar
copy attached toolkit_test.pl into SPI14s directory.
run test program like as follows.

perl toolkit_test.pl -TEST SPI -TOOLROOT ${SPI_DIR} -JAVAHOME ${JAVA_DIR}
-LOCALE ja -xawt 408

If try to select "Select input method" in the system menu, but it is not
shown.


XAWT on Linux, Select Input Method menu will show up. but it doesn't appear
on Solaris.
