The JRE downloaded and installed by JWS will be installed in
.javaws/ext dir.
So if user removes JWS, during the uninstallation, the entire
Java Web Start dir will be removed, so is the installed JRE.
Now, in the Windows Add/Remove program, that JRE is still there.
This is a minor issue and actually I think the downloaded and
installed JRE do not need to be in .javaws/cache/.ext at all.

This problem was filed under bug 4450889 and have been closed as dupe of 4872373. Since that bug 4872373 have been fixed, but this problrm still exist. I can not reopen 4450889 (because it was closed as a dupe), so I am filing a new one.
