Can not execute jnlp application after removing autoinstaller from cache

Steps to reproduce:

- install j2re1.5.0
- try to download jnlp application which required particular jre only(1.4.0-for example) http://sqe-jpi-07.sfbay.sun.com:8088/JavawsTest/javaversion/javaversion_1.4.jnlp
- After j2re1.4.1_01 downloaded, your application executed (to see it - enable console)
- now remove this application and installer too (Jnlp Application Viewer--> select-->remove)
- try to launch javaversion_1.4.jnlp again, launcher will start, you will go through all steps and at the end it will ask you to reboot the machine "Restart. Before you can use this program you must restart Windows"
- so, no choice for you (you want to use your program), reboot the machine.
- program will not executed
