The SDK README.html file contain information that is useful for
developers, such as links to system requirements, installation
instructions, documentation, release notes, compatibility page,
bug reports, feedback, and lists optional files for redistribution
and the contents of the SDK.
It would seem helpful to allow someone installing the system to
read this during installation (as we used to). Suggestion is to
include a button somewhere during the installation that the user can
click to read the README.html file.
Note that when installing the *JRE*, it is not useful to display the README
file, as this file contains information of no interest to typical JRE users,
such as the list of optional files for redistribution. This would only
confuse them.
