Changing XP theme changes the java dialogs title icon.
Steps to reproduce:
- Changes your XP's theme to "Windows XP's theme"
- Run attached test FrameTest
- Note, It will display a Dialog which have a java cup logo icon on
its title bar by default.
- Now changes windows XP theme to "Windows Classic"
- Note now dialog no more uses java cup logo on its title bar

Attached image(dialog_theme.png) which clearly shows difference.

Tested in tiger build 30.
