I have no printer installed on my WinXP machine. When I launch a printing test (a frame having few buttons) and try to open a native print dialog, the printer installation wizard appears. When I click OK and navigate through couple of screens, the java logo on the frame changes to 'printer' logo. The printer logo remains there regardless of whether I am installing the printer or cancelling the wizard. This is incorrect.
I noticed it only on WinXP atleast since Mustang-b27. Not reproducible on Tiger FCS. I don't have the earlier mustang builds to regress it further. Hence this is a regression introduced in Mustang.I reproduced it on WinXP-Sp2.
I have attached a sample test. Execute the sample test. Make sure you don't have any printers installed on the winXP machine. You would see a frame with few buttons. Click on '2D Print Native Dialog' button. An installation wizard would appear. Supply the required details and navigate through couple of screens. You would notice that the logo on the frame changes to Printer Logo.
