      Bug Description:
      ----------------
The javaws should be smarter to find a corrupted cache, and give user feedback that might allow him to fix it,now its not happening,no message is displayed.

      JDK-INFO:
      --------
      PIT - 18
      java version "1.5.0"^M
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0-b99)^M
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20040122100002.azeem.baseline, mixed mode)

      Steps to reproduce:
      -------------------

      1.Install J2re1.5.0 pit18 in windows
      2.Launch " javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp"
      3.Remove "Djava.sun.com" folder from C:\Documents and Settings\suresh\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javaws\h
ttp\ and copy same folder in C:\Documents and Settings\suresh\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javaws
      4.Launch javaws from command prompt

      a. javaws is not launched
      b. when javaws -uninstall command is executed its displays a error dialog which is attached with the mail.

javaws should be smart to prompt a message to user about the correpted cache or usefull error message to user about the javaws launching failure.
