Synopsis:
  Bad installation error window displayed on a invalid /inaccessible jnlp file
  

Problem Description :

 1) Install J2RE bundle as user with admin privileges
 2) invoke command javaws -import http://non.sun.com/existent.jnlp
 3) It will invoke an error window "Unable to import specified application"
 4) Click on "Details"
 5) Click on the top right hand X mark (in red color) or Abort button.
 6) You will get an error window
   Bad installation. Error invoking Java VM (execv)
   c:/program File/java/j2re1.5.0/bin/javaw.exe

 This bug was fixed earlier in case we click on "Ok" button ( 4945237 ) but that fix missed out this scenario.
