RFE - Description:
------------------
Currently "JavaWebStart" support both system and user level cache ,but in JavaControlePanel we have option to enter the user cache location, but we don't have option to enter the system cache location.
Disadvantage to User:
---------------------
User have to manually edit the deployment.properties file to mention the system cache location which is inconvenient for the endures.
Advantage of editing the deployment.properties file:
---------------------------------------------------
1. By editing the deployment.properties file user have the option to corrupt the deployment.properties file
2. If the option is provided in JavaControlPanel we can eliminate the wrong entry of system cache location by validation.
3. We can also avoid the corrupting of deployment.properties file by manual editing.
###@###.### 2004-05-06
---------------
There are many system level properties that need to be set by the system admin, and having a tool to edit these would be good.
I'ts not of any real use for a user to set his own System Cache. Unless it's shared between users, it has litle value.
