in tiger, if we want to use enterprise config for java web start, the adminstrator must manually distribute the enterprise config file (deployment.config) to each client machine.
can we provide a easier way for them to distribute the file? e.g allow them to set the enterprise config url via jnlp file? system properties, etc?
